Reglamento Interno del Hotel

Toda persona que se aloje en este establecimiento, está obligada a registrarse en recepción mediante una ficha de ingreso y presentar su documento de identidad. / Every person who lodges at this establishment is forced to register by means of a card of revenue and present their identity document.
El hotel no se hará responsable por la pérdida de dinero u objetos de valores que no se hayan registrado en recepción y/o depositados en la caja de seguridad, olvidados en la habitación o en áreas públicas. / The hotel won’t be responsible for the loss of money or valuables that have not been registered at reception and/or deposited in the safe, forgotten in the room or in public areas.
El servicio de hospedaje debe pagarse por adelantado o diariamente. Solo se acepta pagos en efectivo y con tarjetas de crédito o débito debidamente verificadas. Asimismo, si usted desea utilizar el servicio de restaurante deberá gestionar una cuenta en el counter dejando una tarjeta de crédito o débito en recepción. / Hosting service must be paid in advance or daily. Payments are only accepted in cash and with duly verified credit or debit cards. Otherwise, if you wish to use the restaurant service, you must manage an account at the counter leaving a credit or debit card at reception.
El comprobante se emitirá al momento de realizar el pago. Si desea su comprobante al final de la estadía, deberá realizar una pre-autorización como garantía de pago. / The voucher will be issued at the time of making the payment. If you want your voucher at the end of the stay, you must make a pre-authorization as a guarantee of payment.
La hora para registrar la salida y desalojar la habitación está establecida a las 11:00 horas de cada día. En caso desee cambiar la fecha de salida le recomendamos notificarlo en recepción con anticipación. Aquellos huéspedes que deseen quedarse en las habitaciones hasta las 18:00 hrs. deberán abonar el 50% de la tarifa, de lo contrario podrán dejar su equipaje en el storage de la recepción del hotel. / The time to register the exit and to remove the room is established at 11:00 a.m. of every day. In case want to change the date of exit we recommend to notify it in reception in advance. Those guests who want to remain in the rooms until 18:00 hrs. will have to pay 50% of the price list otherwise they will be able to leave his or her baggage in the storage of the reception of the hotel.
El hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión para las visitas recibidas en su habitación. / The hotel reserves the right of admission for the visits received in his or her room.
Toda persona que ingrese como visita a la habitación debe presentar y dejar su DNI en recepción, el tiempo máximo es de 2 horas, pasado ese tiempo hay un recargo de S/.120.00. A su salida, la persona debe acercarse a recepción a recoger su DNI. / Any person who enters the room as a visitor must present and leave their ID at reception, the maximum time is 2 hours, after that time there is a surcharge of S/.85.00. Upon departure, the person must go to reception to collect their ID.
Ninguna persona que no esté debidamente registrada en la recepción del hotel podrá pernoctar en la habitación, no se permiten reuniones sociales en las habitaciones. El volumen alto de reproductores de audio y tv queda restringido pasada las 21:00 horas a fin de no perturbar la tranquilidad de los demás huéspedes. / No person who is not registered in the receipt of the hotel will be able to stay in the room, social meeting are not allowed in the rooms. The high volume of audio (players) and tv remains restricted past 21:00 hours in order not to disturb the peacefulness of other guests.
El huésped deberá comportarse con decencia y moralidad dentro del establecimiento, quedando prohibido alterar el orden, hacer ruidos que incomoden o molesten a los demás huéspedes, así como también usar la habitación para ejecutar cualquier acto o juego prohibido por la ley. / The guest will have to behave with decency and morality inside the establishment, remaining prohibited to alter the order, to make noises that trouble or bother other guests as well as also use the room to execute any act or game prohibited by the law.
No se permitirá a los clientes tener dentro de las habitaciones ningún tipo de animales sin autorización de la gerencia excepto aquellos que auxilien a discapacitados. / It will not be allowed the clients to have inside the rooms any type of animals without authorization of the management except those that help disabled people.
Los menores de 11 años no podrán hacer uso de la piscina sin la supervisión de un mayor de edad. Se prohíbe ingerir alimentos alrededor de la piscina, ingresar con ropa interior, camiseta, sandalias o crocs. Asimismo, las bebidas y alimentos que no sean proporcionados por el hotel solo deberán ser consumidas dentro de la habitación. / Children under 11 years of age will not be able to use the pool without the supervision of an adult. It is forbidden to eat food around the pool, enter with underwear, t-shirt, sandals or crocs. Likewise, drinks and food that are not provided by the hotel should only be consumed inside the room.
Está prohibido el uso de las planchas o cualquier artefacto eléctrico en las habitaciones que no sea propiedad del hotel, cualquier daño causado por estos artefactos será reportado por el cuartelero para ser facturado inmediatamente a la cuenta de la habitación. / There is prohibited the use of the plates or any electrical appliance in the rooms that is not property of the hotel, any damage caused by these appliances will be reported to be invoiced immediately to the account of the room.
Cualquier daño o deterioro de los bienes dentro de la habitación por parte del huésped (box, colchón, televisor, frigobar, espejos, veladores, plafones, cuadros, secadora, mesa, lencería), tendrá un costo adicional y deberá ser pagado en recepción al momento de realizar el check out. / Any damage or devaluation of the property inside the room by the guest (box, mattress, TV, minibar, mirror, bedside tables, paintings, ceiling lights, dryer, table, linen), will have an additional cost and must be paid in reception at the check out.
El hotel no se responsabiliza de accidentes automovilísticos que se presenten en el estacionamiento del establecimiento, de ocurrir un accidente con su auto, el responsable de los daños es el conductor del vehículo, que chocó, y el afectado deberá proceder con la denuncia respectiva en la comisaría más cercana. / The hotel is not responsible for automobile accidents that occur in the parking lot of the establishment, if an accident occurs with your car, the person responsible for the damage is the driver of the vehicle, which collided, and the affected party must proceed with the respective complaint in the nearest police station.
Queda totalmente prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones, bajo Ley N° 29517 con una penalidad de $200.00. / It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, under Law No. 29517 with a penalty of $200.00.
Todo objeto olvidado de menor valor se podrá reclamar en 3 meses y objetos de mayor valor en 6 meses, pasado el tiempo dispuesto por la empresa, el cliente no tendrá derecho a realizar un reclamo de acuerdo a nuestras políticas internas. / Any forgotten object of lesser value can be claimed in 3 months and objects of greater value in 6 months, after the time provided by the company, the client will not have the right to make a claim according to our internal policies.
